The Challenge

More than running ads

The organization entered the Eid Al-Adha fundraising period with an outdated website, dated content, limited conversion tools and weak measurement. The task was not only to run ads, but to rebuild the full donation journey so paid media could scale efficiently during a highly competitive seasonal period.

The task

Rebuild the full donation journey so paid media could scale efficiently during a highly competitive seasonal period.

What I Led

Four parts of one fundraising engine

Website & CRO

Rebuilt the website around donation conversion with clearer journeys, stronger calls to action and conversion-focused functionality.

Tracking

Implemented the measurement setup from the beginning so completed donations could be tracked and optimized correctly.

Creative Strategy

Built and tested multiple creative angles, messages and video concepts instead of relying on one campaign idea.

Multi-Platform Performance

Led the acquisition strategy across Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat, shifting budget toward the strongest audiences, creatives and campaigns.

Business Impact

Built to last beyond Eid

The project created more than a successful seasonal campaign. It gave the organization a stronger website, a reliable tracking foundation, a repeatable creative-testing process and a scalable digital fundraising setup for future campaigns.

My Role

Owner of the transformation

As Digital & Performance Marketing Manager, I was the main owner of the transformation, not only the campaign manager. I led the website/CRO direction, conversion tracking, paid-media strategy, campaign structure, budget allocation, creative strategy, testing roadmap and ongoing performance optimization across the three platforms.
